It is a little known fact that all the jokes about the wearing of kilts are based in fact.
It is, as I understand it, against regulations to wear anything like underwear under the kilt in Her Majesty’s Royal Highland Regiments. There are various photos on the web that seem to support this statement. I submit the following from a post from Pop this morning…
I can’t help but wonder about a couple of things here…
1) Did this guy get to stay in the service and did he ever live it down? and…
