According to a couple of stories from the Associated Press, I’ve discovered that several of Saddam’s henchmen are now refusing to eat as the time for their trials draws nearer. Saddam himself continues to eat. Also I’ve learned that Saddam’s lawyers have, while in Jordan, said that:

…the former president was being held illegally by U.S. [...]
