Frankly, it’s times like this when I kinda wish I wasn’t so open-minded towards homosexuals. At least then I’d have a few good names to call the bitch. There’s got to be something… How about “Wretched Rosie, the Loser Lady“? Yeah. That will work, and be accurate too! After all, the slut hasn’t become involved in anything to date that she hasn’t managed to screw up. From her “talk” show to her rag/mag – all FUBAR because of her actions – and mostly by what falls from her mouth.

Tonight on FOX NEWS she has topped herself though… First she lashes out at the Country as a whole over Gay Rights/Marriage. Then she calls the President, point-blank, “a war criminal that should be prosecuted at the Hague” for his actions in Iraq. She also equates herself with “Hanoi” Jane Fonda, stating that Jane was the only person with enough guts to say what “we” were all thinking – that war is wrong and those doing the killing were and remain war criminals! Well you don’t speak for this American, Rosie! I’ve met thousands of Vietnam Vets and I’ve not found even one war criminal in the bunch. Then again, I’ve never met your buddy, John Kerry…

I’ll give you the attention you seem to crave. Let’s just see how long it is until you lose your taste for it. Out of Control Blog-Litter

Blog Litter.

That is what I’m going to call it. It is the plug-ins, and files, and photos, and junk that builds up over time to eventually make one’s databases look like a rat’s nest. Things become harder to find. Eventually you just want to throw your hands up and scream at the screen. The more interested – and the less experienced – you are in building websites and WordPress themes the worse Blog Litter becomes.

As you might imagine, I’m butt deep in Blog Litter.
Therefore, I’m announcing a major clean-up this weekend of my files and a complete review of my blog itself – mainly the plug-ins. There has to be a good balance in there somewhere.

Black Leaders Slam Cops for Handcuffing Girl

Just read this from the Associated Press. Commentary follows..

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. â€??? Black leaders urged the police chief to punish officers involved in last month’s handcuffing of an unruly 5-year-old girl, a video of which was aired around the world.

About two dozen black leaders, many of them retired educators and administrators, met with the police chief Thursday to discuss the March 14 incident at Fairmount Elementary School, where three white police officers handcuffed the black kindergartner.

“St. Pete just comes out smelling when you look at that picture that’s worth a thousand words,” said Sevell Brown, a St. Petersburg minister and state president of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.

A video camera, rolling as part of a classroom exercise, captured images of the girl tearing papers off a bulletin board, climbing on a table and punching an assistant principal before police were called.

Then it shows the child appearing to calm down before three officers approach, pin her arms behind her back and put on handcuffs as she screamed “No!” and began to cry.

She was put in the back of a police car and released later without charges.

Police Chief Charles Harmon said officers never should have been summoned to the school, but he refused to say whether they made a mistake by handcuffing the girl. The investigation is still ongoing.

“I think these officers were forced into a situation they had no preparation or training for,” he said.

School officials declined to comment.

I grew up as a member of the first generation of kids in South Carolina to start our education experience in integrated schools. Two things stand out in my mind. First is that in the Upstate of South Carolina we had next to zero “racial issues”. Second is that I was reared in a family where racism was frowned upon, even in the early 1960’s. That said, I must say that in the nearly four and a half decades since my birth, (I turned 43 on the 22nd of this month.), I’ve learned that when an article leads off with “Black Leaders” I’m in for a rambling rant that leads no where except to a tirade of hatred and accusations of racisms. Sometimes they were correct. Most often they were most definitely wrong. Especially as time has moved along. (Of course, your mileage may vary.)

This time, however, they have nailed it.

What the heck could you call it but blatant racism and stupidity? Not just on the part of the cops, (who were apparently trying out for the coveted “Keystone Kop” designation), but also on the part of the school administration and the individual teacher. Then the cops try to play it off as a “training issue”. Good grief! The kid was 5 years old!

I’ve got six kids. The oldest graduates from High School this month and then is off to Nursing classes at Univ. So. Alabama and them medical school. The youngest two are twins only a year away from starting preschool. This leaves me with some experience with 5 year old kids and how they handle stuff. While thankfully rare, tantrums can, and do, happen. Oft times the parent might need to be handcuffed, but never the child! No, there is one – and only one – explanation of the actions of March 14th incident at Fairmount Elementary School. Racism. Racism gone so far as to cause a trained school teacher, a school administration, and the St. Petersburg police to fear for their lives from the temper tantrum of a 5 year old black child.
What a wonderful message they all sent to the rest of the student body.

(CNSNews.com) — Florida Gov. Jeb Bush Tuesday signed into law a bill that says if a criminal breaks into someone’s home, occupied vehicle or place of business, that person can presume the criminal is there to do bodily harm and use any force against him.

The “Castle Doctrine” (SB-436), which was sponsored by Sen. Durell Peaden and Representative Dennis Baxley, was passed unanimously by the state Senate and overwhelmingly in the state House. The law also removes the “duty to retreat” if one is attacked in any place that person has a right to be. (It’s about damned time! Now the rest of the Nation should follow suit.)

Prior to signing the bill into law, Gov. Bush called it “a good, commonsense, anti-crime issue.”

“Existing law is on the side of the criminal. The new law is on the side of the law-abiding victim,” said former National Rifle Association (NRA) president and current executive director of Unified Sportsmen of Florida, Marion P. Hammer.

“To suggest that you can’t defend yourself against a rapist who’s trying to drag you into an alley or against a carjacker who’s trying to drag you out of your car is nonsense. The ability to protect yourself, your children, or your spouse is important, no matter where you are,” said Hammer, who thanked the governor and the bill’s sponsors.

“This law is about affirming that your home is your castle and, in Florida, you have a right to be absolutely safe inside its walls,” Hammer concluded.

The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence blasted the law, claiming Gov. Bush “made a huge mistake signing this law, which threatens to enable every rogue with an itchy trigger finger in Florida.”

Sarah Brady, chair of the Brady Campaign added, “Deciding whether to use deadly force in a public place is something that experienced law enforcement professionals know should never be taken lightly.”

Another gun control group said the new law sends a message to Floridians “that it’s okay to use deadly force, including guns, in public.”

“What this is really all about is that the NRA is trying to spread fear, so gun corporations can sell guns,” said Dana Quist, president of the South Florida chapter of the Million Mom March.

Let us not forget! It was only months ago that Annette â€œFlirtyâ€?? Stevens, yet another spokesperson for the Million Mom March and a Gun Control activist, was arrested for having in her possession both a handgun with the serial numbers filed off AND illegal steet drugs. (see this article.)
Seems to me that the very people trying to take guns from law abiding Americans are proven to be nothing more than doper street-thugs looking to disarm their prey.

Murderous Muslim Traitor to Die

FORT BRAGG, N.C. â€??? A military jury sentenced a soldier to death Thursday for a grenade and rifle attack on his own comrades during the opening days of the Iraq invasion, a barrage that killed two officers and that prosecutors said was driven by religious extremism.

Sgt. Hasan Akbar, (murderous coward), who gave a brief, barely audible apology hours earlier, stood at attention between his lawyers as the verdict was delivered. He showed no emotion.

He could have been sentenced to life in prison with or without parole for the early morning March 2003 attack, which also wounded 14 fellow members of the Army’s 101st Airborne Division at Camp Pennsylvania in Kuwait.

The 15-person military jury, which last week took just two and a half hours to convict Akbar of premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder, deliberated for about seven hours in the sentencing phase. After jurors reached a verdict, they voted on whether to reconsider the decision after one juror asked that they do so.

The sentence will be reviewed by a commanding officer and automatically appealed. If Akbar is executed, it would be by lethal injection. (A firing squad is both more traditional and fitting! A rope would be most appropriate, but the Liberal media would scream so.)

“I want to apologize for the attack that occurred. I felt that my life was in jeopardy, and I had no other options. I also want to ask you for forgiveness,” Akbar told the jury before it deliberated in the sentencing phase.

Akbar, 34, spoke for less than a minute, delivering an unsworn statement that could not be cross-examined. He spoke in such a low voice that even prosecutors sitting nearby had trouble hearing, with one lawyer even cupping his ear.

While the defense contends Akbar was too mentally ill to plan the attack, they have never disputed that he threw grenades into troop tents in the early morning darkness and then fired on soldiers in the ensuing chaos. Army Capt. Chris Seifert, 27, and Air Force Maj. Gregory Stone, 40, were killed.

Prosecutors say Akbar launched the attack at his camp â€??? days before the soldiers were to move into Iraq â€??? because he was concerned about U.S. troops killing fellow Muslims in the Iraq war.

“He is a hate-filled, ideologically driven murderer,” chief prosecutor Lt. Col. Michael Mulligan said. He added that Akbar wrote in his diary in 1997, “My life will not be complete unless America is destroyed.”

Akbar is the first American since the Vietnam era to be prosecuted on charges of murdering a fellow soldier during wartime.

“Hasan Akbar has robbed me of so many things,” Tammie Eslinger, Maj. Gregory Stone’s fiancee, said after the sentencing. “He stole my love, my family, my dreams and my future. But he could never steal my spirit.”

Seifert’s widow, Theresa, said she was satisfied with the military justice system. She called Akbar “a nonentity to me.”

Defense attorney Maj. David Coombs told jurors that a sentence of life without parole would allow Akbar to be treated for mental illness and possibly rehabilitated.

“Death is an absolute punishment, a punishment of last resort,” Coombs said.

A defense psychiatrist testified that although Akbar was legally sane and understood the consequences of his attack, he suffered from forms of paranoia and schizophrenia. (Horse shyte.)

Akbar’s father, John Akbar, has said his son complained in vain to his superiors about religious and racial harassment before the attack. The defense never introduced any witnesses to testify about any such harassment.

John Akbar was not in the courtroom for the verdict. He emerged from a meeting with his son in tears and declined to comment.

If given a death sentence, Hasan Akbar would join five others on the military’s death row at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. The last U.S. military execution was in 1961.

While I can’t truthfully say I’m happy to have you once again this close to me, I do have to admit that you know how to make a man know he is alive – and wish he wasn’t! You are a persistant bastard, too. Since you arrived for your latest visit you have not allowed me one moment of relaxation or more than a 20 minute nap. While I understand that you are close to your brother, “Hurt”, who shares this body with me – you have to understand that even a Bull has his limits of endurance. I have reached mine! The two of you together have pushed me as far as I can go. Medications have no effect when the two of you conspire against me. My current meditation becomes impossible. Life is hardly worth the living, and Lady Beth worries she will find herself with a corpse to deal with rather than a living, loving husband. She is too young to be a widow.

‘Tis time for you to leave, “Pain”. Be gone from me. Assail me no more! Oh, I know that “Hurt” will remain. We are inextricably linked. That is the price I paid – and gladly – for the ability to walk again and free myself from wheelchairs and walkers. However you, “Pain”, were not a part of that deal. Financially you ruined me when you lived in me before and on that front you can do little further damage. So pack your bags and get out already! Oh, you may hang on, but take note: I’m sick of you and if you insist on staying I *will* jump up the meds and do you in. If that doesn’t do it, I’ll change meds to something more formidable. Either way, I’ll win.

Buffalo Roam Into Baltimore Suburbs

PIKESVILLE, Md. â€??? Police spent about two hours Tuesday morning corralling a herd of buffalo (search) that somehow got loose and wandered around an upscale residential community in suburban Baltimore, disrupting traffic and alarming homeowners.

County police used 13 police cars, members of their tactical unit and a police helicopter to herd about ten animals onto the tennis court of an apartment complex, police spokesman Shawn Vinson said.

Vinson said officers had to master the art of buffalo herding on the job.

“Somehow they figured it out, I’ve got to give a lot of credit to the creativity of our officers,” Vinson said.

Vinson said police know where the buffalo came from and the owner has been identified, but the owner’s name was not immediately available.

The unusual drama began about 7 a.m. when residents near the intersection of Anton Farms Road and Stevenson Road reported the buffalo meandering along the road. The community is one of large, relatively newly built single family homes sitting on multiple-acre lots. Police shut down several major traffic arteries, including a section of the Baltimore Beltway (search), as a precaution as they tried to anticipate which way the buffalo would roam.

They eventually managed to maneuver the buffalo onto an enclosed tennis court at the River Oaks Apartment complex near Park Heights Ave., about a mile from where they first were spotted.

That’s bison, not buffalo. The Bull will let it slide though…

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. â€??? An attorney says he plans legal action against police officers who handcuffed an unruly 5-year-old girl after she acted up in her kindergarten class.

A video camera, which was rolling March 14 as part of a classroom self-improvement exercise, captured images of the girl tearing papers off a bulletin board, climbing on a table and punching an assistant principal before police were called to Fairmount Park Elementary.

Then it shows the child appearing to calm down before three officers approach, pin her arms behind her back and put on handcuffs as she screams, “No!”

Largo lawyer John Trevena, who provided the tape to the media this week after obtaining it from police, says the officers went too far.

“The image itself will be seared into people’s minds when you have three police officers bending a child over a table and forcibly handcuffing her,” said Trevena, who represents the girl’s mother, Inga Akins. “It’s incomprehensible … There was no need for that.”

Police declined to comment, citing an official complaint by Akins that has sparked an investigation by the supervisor of the four officers who were present. Two are new officers who were being trained that day.

Oh! Don’t tell me…. Because two of the four officers present were in training they want us to think this was a case of “inexperience”.
Inexperience? So you let inexperienced cops teach the raw recruits?

Spokesman Bill Proffitt said the investigation would be complete in about two weeks and the findings would be made public.

“Two weeks”? It is all on tape! Investigate WHAT?!?

The 30-minute tape shows assistant principal Nicole Dibenedetto trying repeatedly to calm down the girl, who ignores her commands and begins punching her. The child’s mother was called but wasn’t able to immediately come to the school.

After being placed in the back of a police cruiser, police released the girl to her mother after prosecutors informed them they wouldn’t bring charges against a 5-year-old.

I bet that was an earsplitting response from the prosecutors. Most likely went something like this… “You handcuffed who?! You are holding her where?! You want to charge her with what?! Did someone drop you on your head when you were a child, Officer Idiot?! GET THOSE CUFFS OFF OF HER NOW, MISTER!!! Oh God, I can smell the law suit already!”

Here we are under threat of terrorist daily and our paid protection – our cops – are busy trying to arrest five year old girls for not wanting to be in kindergarten and throwing a temper tantrum

!st Wedding Anniversary @ The Bull Speaks!

Not sure I’m doing this right…Mark, feel free to fix it for me..lol.

Mark and I had a wonderful anniversary today (not yet over). We went to Ruby Tuesdays for loaded cheese fries and a chocolate tall cake and then came home to wine, chips and beef jerkey. We’re easy to please I guess, but then we did have pizza and champagne at our backyard wedding.

This is an email from one of my favorite people on this planet, Liz O. The Lone Ranger in this story reminds me of myself at times, and of our elected politicians almost always!

The Lone Ranger and Tonto went camping in the
desert. After they got their tent all set up, they fell sound
asleep. Some hours later, Tonto wakes The Lone Ranger and
says, “Kemo Sabi, look towards sky, what you see?”

The Lone Ranger replies, “I see millions of stars.”

“What that tell you?” asked Tonto.

The Lone Ranger ponders for a minute, then says, “Astronomically
speaking, it tells me there are millions of galaxies and potentially
billions of planets. Astrologically, it tells me Saturn is in Leo.
Time wise, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three in
the morning. Theologically, it’s evident the Lord is all-powerful
and we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, it seems we
will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you, Tonto?”

Tonto is silent for a moment, then says, “Kemo Sabi, you dumb ass.
Someone has stolen tent.”

Yes! Hell, yes!! “Hanoi” Jane got juiced!!!

I did a quick count. Fully 43% of my closest friends are either gay or bi-sexual. I, however, am very much straight – much to the relief of Lady Beth!

I’m telling you though, if I ever meet Mike Smith of Kansas City, MO face-to-face I think I’m going to kiss him square on his tobacco-chewing mouth! He may slug me afterwards without any chance of me complaining. It will be worth it, just as he said of his actions. Let me explain…

Mr. Mike Smith, an American Veteran, (and now a National Hero to all Veterans), met up with “Hanoi” Jane Fonda at a book signing and in a moment of pure brilliance he spit the Communist bitches face FULL of tobacco juice and said she had been spitting in the face of American veterans – notably Vietnam Vets – for decades. (I wonder what brand Mike chews… I hope it is a strong one like Bloodhound plug.) Mr. Smith stated that he was just returning her actions and was happy to do something that other American Veterans have been wanting to do for years. Of course, Mike was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and will face trial in next month (May). (Get ready to send letters of support, my Veteran Readers!) “Hanoi” Jane – in her smartest move in decades – refused to press charges. Had she done so, The Bull suspects she would not have ever again been able to walk the street without “tobacco spit-proof” clothing!

“Hanoi” Jane is most noted for the photos of her sitting on an anti-aircraft gun in North Vietnam and calling American pilots and soldiers “war criminals”. She has made several attempts now to apologize for her actions but has failed miserably to do so in any meaningful or believable way. The Bull suggest that she use a short rope and a high tree limb.

Here’s to you, Mike Smith. You have indeed raised the moral of American Veterans everywhere. In particularly the moral of your brother Vietnam Vets. Further, as soon as a photo of Mike can be located that photo shall be placed on this blog in a place of Honor.
