Ok. Everything that can be done is done – except for mopping the floor, and that can wait for a bit – damn it.
I was in desperate need of a shower, my pain meds, and a chair. Just have to swallow a few pills and I’ll be done.
The first rain band came through a couple of hours ago. Heavy rain, lots of lightning. Got to watch Mike Siddell of the Weather Channel eat dirt when a lightning bolt impacted near him out on the causeway. Made my day.
