Our Star Spangled Banner still flies high while the body of yet another enemy of Freedom lies broken in the dust. Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, a murderous thug and waste of human flesh, is dead. May his body be dipped in a latrine and fed to pigs and may his soul be condemned to his personal vision of Hell. He certainly earned it.

This seems to also be a great time to salute another of America’s Great Heroes – MA1 Anthony LaFrenier, USN, seen here giving Honors to the Colors. He is even now on duty somewhere over in the Sandbox protecting our Freedoms and bringing those Freedoms to the Oppressed. (His unit and location I will not disclose until he is safely home. ~Bull) Congrats on your promotion to 1st Class Petty Officer!

As soon as it is safe and feasible to do so I will be hosting a new webpage dedicated to the Adventures of Franklin the Turtle. Franklin (seen snoozing in this photo) is the Mascot of the above mentioned Unit and has been awarded two (2) medals as of this writing. Not bad for a 2 inch plastic turtle!
