He's too lazy to mow his yard, too cheap to hire somebody to mow it, too prideful to get a neighbors help, and probably mad that since he's the mayor the city won't mow it for free. I live in Kentucky and they've been covering this story for the last couple of days. The guys yard doesn't look like a jungle or a forrest-it looks like a mess, and a health hazard. A few rattlesnakes or copperheads gravitating to that eyesopre yard of his might make him see the light. I think he’s full of it.
