I’m sickened.

Of all the religious groups I’ve met in this life, the Amish are the most completely inoffensive. To see some madman take advantage of then the way Charles Carl Roberts IV did yesterday deeply sickens me.

As expected, the gun control nuts are all over this sad event. Though, in a moment of sanity, the Governor of Pennsylvania (a huge gun control advocate) stated that in a case such as this NO GUN CONTROL LAW IN EXISTANCE OR PROPOSED could have stopped a madman bent on such an action and who planned on dyiing anyway.

America, pray for those families affected. Pray also for your continued Freedom.

Yes I agree with you, this tragedy is very sickening.
I wonder why that guy was allowed to own a gun without any screening.

Look, Marina, he WAS screened! He simply had never been in trouble before. This is why screening really doesn’t work, nor does any other “gun control” method that has ever been thought up.

Gun confiscation won’t work either because the ‘bad guys’ won’t turn them in, and those of us who believe in our Constitution and the Bill of Rights would rather die than disarm. Like the line in the movie, “People shouldn’t fear Governments. Governments should fear the people.”

It keeps them honest.

Sadly, NOTHING can stop a person hell bent on distruction. If he had had no gun, it would have been knives, or bows, or fertilizer and fuel oil.
