Somethings are too freakin’ funny to be true. So, when I saw the following I spent a little time to make sure it wasn’t some silly assed scam. Turns out, it is TRUE!
Now I can laugh my ass off and not feel like a fool later.
Air America Radio, a liberal talk and news radio network, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, a network official told the AP.
The network had denied rumors just a month ago that it would file for bankruptcy, but on Friday Air America said negotiations with a creditor from the company’s early days had broken down.
The network will stay on the air while it resolves issues with its creditors, spokeswoman Jaime Horn told the Associated Press. A formal announcement was expected to be made later Friday.
I have to agree whole-heartedly with Bullwinkle on this one. Posted on his blog was this comment:
These are the people who want to tell us how to run America. They can’t even run a friggin’ radio station.

Quite a few people seem upset by this, but I think it’s great.
Why?
Because every frggin’ penny invested in that worthless radio network that nobody seems to listen to or advertise on is a penny that’s not being donated to a liberal PAC or candidate’s war chest.
