NEW ORLEANS — Louisiana’s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a man may be executed for raping an 8-year-old girl, and lawyers say his case may become the test for whether the nation’s highest court upholds the death penalty for someone who rapes a child.
Well, The Bull’s view on the State of Louisiana and its legal system just went way, way up! For far too long we as a society have been giving these child-molesting scum light-to-no sentences, and even then we protect their asses while serving their time. Death is what they deserve and death, I hope, will be what this one gets. Now we need this implimented in 49 other States.
This particular scum, one Patrick Kennedy, 42 was convicted in 2003 of raping a relative as she sorted Girl Scout cookies in the garage of her home in suburban New Orleans. He bragged to one man that the girl “became a lady today,” deputies said.
As soon as he is fried/hanged/gassed/injected The Bull will do some bragging too. I’ll say to all that will listen, “Patrick Kennedy became worm food today.”
The ball is in the Court’s court, so to speak. Let’s see what happens. If they fail us we’ll know exactly how to word future laws and even a judge can be removed from office.
