This story is everywhere, but I swiped this bit from Fox…
Foul play could be involved in the case of a missing pregnant woman, Ohio police said Monday, as they subpoenaed her cell-phone records and those of her married boyfriend in order to determine what happened to 26-year-old Jessie Marie Davis.
Davis’ house showed no sign of forced entry, but her cell phone, comforter and sheets were missing from the residence, Stark County Sheriff Tim Swanson said. Her purse and vehicle were found at the home.
The father of Jessie Marie Davis’ toddler and unborn child is Bobby Cutts Jr., a Canton, Ohio, police officer. Both Cutts and his wife, from whom he separated in February, have been questioned and are not suspects, police said.
“Foul play could be involved…”
You think? What was your first clue?
Let’s review…
- Jesse has one child already by a local cop, (the boyfriend mentioned above who happens to be married to someone else).
- Jesse is pregnant again by said cop.
- Said cop has informed his wife that he is leaving her for Jesse.
- Said first child was left alone – but unharmed – in the home.
- No forced entry. Cop/boyfriend has a key.
- Said child spoke to his grandmother of violence occurring.
- The toddler, 2-year-old Blake, told the police ‘Mommy broke the table, and Mommy’s in the rug.’ according to Chief Detective Perez.
- Chlorine bleach has been poured onto the floor.
- A large comforter has been removed from the bed and is now missing.
What ever made you nit-wits in the Stark County Sheriff’s Office think something ‘bad’ might have happened?
Why don’t you guys simply get with the program, drag in the boyfriend/cop (and his wife) and the try the ol’ “third degree” on ‘em? The Bull knows why! Until all other opportunities for finding another patsy to lay the crime on, or for this story to fade away the police will never point the finger at one of their own. The big blue wall of silence remains.
While she knows quite well that fidelity and truthfulness are not well developed in police officers, Lady Beth is convinced that it is not the cop himself that committed the crime, but his estranged wife. Her belief is that the wife confronted Jesse, a struggle ensued, and something happened to Jesse.
My eldest spawn thinks we are both wrong – and both right. That events unfolded as Lady Beth said, but that the cop/boyfriend, Cutts, came in on the clean-up and disposal of Jesse’s remains.
In all three scenarios the explanation of the elder child being left alive is covered. The toddler is the cop’s son and he couldn’t kill his son – &/or – the wife’s argument was with Jesse, not the child.
All of this is pure speculation. Monday morning quarterbacking at its worst. (Even if it proves out to be true.) Until Jesse is found we can not know for sure what happened in that house. To that end The Bull is posting the following photo and description of Jesse along with contact information for the Stark Co. Sheriff’s Office. Let’s find Jesse! Hopefully alive and well. Either way, finding her is a huge step towards finding the person or persons responsible for her disappearance and little Blake being left alone for a day and a half.

Jesse Marie Davis is described as a 5-foot-4-inch-tall white woman with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is nine-months pregnant and weighs approximately 135 170 pounds. (Change in weight due to pregnancy.) She is believed to be wearing pink Victoria’s Secret sweatpants and a matching camisole top with “Ooo La La” printed on it – a Victoria’s Secret pregnancy set, apparently.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Stark County Sheriff’s Office at 330-430-3818, a number dedicated to Jessie Marie Davis tips. An eTip page on the department’s Web site has also been set up at http://www.sheriff.co.stark.oh.us/mr070616%20etip.htm .
UPDATE: Before joining the Canton Police Department in 1998, Bobby Cutts Jr. was charged with aggravated criminal trespass for breaking into another woman’s home (yet another one of his ‘conquest’ with which he has a child) and pleaded no contest, The Repository reported. He was found guilty and placed on three years probation, according to the paper, and became a police officer in 2000.
In February 2003, he was fired from the force after an investigation into how his cousin had wound up with Cutts’ weapon, The Repository reported. Cutts said the weapon was stolen, but police determined he had given it to the cousin. He was later reinstated, however, after an arbitrator intervened, according to the newspaper.
Someone explain to me why Bobby Cutts Jr. is still a police officer.
Please?
Bull, out!

As they say,” Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” and when you mix a married woman of 2 finding out that her husband is not only sleeping around but is fathering children with his mistress, that’s just a recipe for disaster!
Regardless, if he is quilty or not.. Is it any wonder the world is in the space it is in….??
But we as a society need to think before forming relationships…it’s is wrong to date marry people. The man is obviously a dog; women need to realize that just as men mistreat and cheat on their wife….he’ll treat you the same
