An admitted pedophile chased out of Seattle for running a “how-to” Web site defended his right to post pictures of little girls, telling FOX News that he is considering a possible lawsuit against the Santa Monica, Calif., police department for posting his picture on their Web site after he recently surfaced there.
“I haven’t really started the process,” Jack McClellan, 45, told FOX News. “[Santa Monica police] questioned me last week in a restaurant, and right before they left one of the officers asked if they could take my picture.
“I figured this might be beneficial if a child is sexually assaulted in Santa Monica — they could just pull that out and immediately eliminate me as a suspect,” he said. “I had previously explained to him my concerns about all the threats and everything and it didn’t even enter my mind that they would immediately turn around and put this out as some kind of a sex offender notification… It was on the Internet the very next day.”
In fact, warnings that McClellan had surfaced in Santa Monica spread like wildfire, with several posting his mug shot along with descriptions of his car — a Blue 1993 Ford Escort two-door with Washington license plate — and even hourly postings of sightings throughout Santa Monica.
Circulating a flier with McClellan’s description and a warning of his whereabouts is unusual for the police considering he’s not wanted for any crime, and has never been convicted of any sexually related crimes. The flier simply warns parents about McClellan’s residence in the area and of his proclivity for little girls.
The Bull offers this great big ‘WELL DONE!’ to the Santa Monica Police and the citizens there as well! Keep up the good work, folks. Free your communities and your children from the scum like this beast McClellan.
I urge the rest of the blogosphere to take up the fight and run these bastards to ground where they can be dealt with in a much more potent and permanent method.
As for Jack McClellan, The Bull offers him the same deal as was offered to another self-admitted pedophile: Come on down to the Gulf Coast. There is plenty enough room yet in the bayous and alligators have got to eat same as worms!

(CBS) GARDEN GROVE, Calif. A concerned father seized a police officer’s camera and gun after tackling the off-duty cop at a Garden Grove strawberry festival on Saturday. The father caught the officer taking photos of young children at the event, police said on Monday.
Mark Dornan told KCAL 9 that he noticed the cop photographing his 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son at the Strawberry Festival in Garden Grove.
“He came up and tried to sneak a picture of my daughter climbing out of this wagon in a short dress,” Dornan told the news station.
Dornan chased the officer and said the man trying to delete photos from his camera as he fled. Dornan tackled the cop and found his colt commander .45 automatic weapon tucked in the man’s shorts.
Garden Grove police confirmed Dornan’s story, but refused to identify the officer. Dornan said the man he tackled was a Los Angeles Police officer, but Garden Grove Police would only say that he was “a Los Angeles County law enforcement officer.” Though the man was not arrested, police confiscated his camera. They gave back the his weapon as the officer is licensed to carry a gun.
Authorities said the photos of the children were not considered pornographic.
“Right now, this whole thing is getting blown way out of proportion,” Garden Grove police Sgt. Jim Fischer said.
Police did not discuss the images that were allegedly found on the camera, but said only that they were not enough to arrest the man for a criminal offense, according to Garden Grove police Sgt. Mike Martin.
It is currently unclear if charges will be filed a against the officer, though the incident has been referred to investigators at the Garden Grove Police Department.
When Dornan seized the gun and camera, he found photos of his children and other youths attending the Garden Grove family festival. Dornan said the pictures were not innocent.
“It must have been a pedophile’s dream,” Dornan said of the festival.

a) I’m no where near San Clarita, and …

Thanks for the pic of jack!!! I just heard he is in Portland, OR. My neice, 11 yrs old lives there w/ my sister & bro in law. Not to mention my second cousins all about my neice’s age. I wanted to make sure they know about him & get his pic out to everyone. I live in Valencia, CA which is in Santa Clarita….yes, the same one. I hate to say it…. but I wish someone would take lowlifes like jack out. Even more disgusting he is living on disability. So, he gets to spend all day doing this stuff. Thanks again.
