A fatwÄ?? (plural fatÄ??wÄ??), is a considered opinion in Islam made by a mufti, a scholar capable of issuing judgments on Sharia (Islamic law). Usually a fatwa is issued at the request of an individual or a judge to settle a question where fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) is unclear. (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.)
So I’m tooling around the web when I come across a mention, (can’t recall where), of a list of “The World’s Stupidest Fatwas” over at ForeignPolicy.com.
Fatwas: 
The #1 proof to the Free World that the so-called ‘Religion of Peace’, Islam, is nothing more than the ignorant being lead by the insane. The Bull, (being The Bull), just had to go see this list!
Please, go read this list! It is ‘proof positive’ that I am right.
Of all of the fatwas listed, the following is the one I shall hold out as the single most complete pile of complete horse pig crap that The Bull has ever had the misfortune to read.
Breast-feeding
Who: Ezzat Atiya, a lecturer at Cairo’s al-Azhar University
What: Many Muslims believe that unmarried men and women should not work alone together�??a stricture that can pose problems in today’s global economy. So one Islamic scholar came up with a novel solution: If a woman were to breast-feed her male colleague five times, the two could safely be alone together. “A woman at work can take off the veil or reveal her hair in front of someone whom she breast-fed,�? he wrote in an opinion issued in May 2007. He based his reasoning�??which was quickly and widely derided in the Egyptian press, in the parliament, and on Arabic-language talk shows�??on stories from the Prophet Mohammed’s time in which, Atiya maintained, the practice occurred. Although Atiya headed the department dealing with the Prophet’s sayings, al-Azhar University’s higher authorities were not impressed. They suspended the iconoclastic scholar, and he subsequently recanted his ruling as a “bad interpretation of a particular case.�?

Probably not, but I will! 
To be brutally honest, The Bull is as much a fan of the female body as the rest of the male population of Earth. (Even the gay men I know all agree the female form is simply exquisite.) However, if some sheet-headed sand flea thinks he’s gonna get five free shots at my bride, my daughters, my sisters, my relatives, or even my friends because some sex-crazed professor, (who likely got his degree in a cereal box), in the slum called Cairo says that it make it “OK” for them to work in the same room is in for one hell of a shock. (Not to mention the certain ass-kicking, and likely castration, he is going to receive!)
Turns out that this isn’t just proof of the ignorance of the general Muslim populace, but is also proof positive of the fact that these “Islamic scholars” and clerics are nothing more than the lowest form of life on Planet Earth – sexual predators. They are just perverts with a cause. Like the NAMbLA bunch, the sooner they can be rounded up, tied to concrete blocks, and fed to the sharks the better the world will be for the rest of us, (and particularly the women and children).
I would like to applaud the al-Azhar University for their suspension of this particular moron and offer my sincerest hope that he was subsequently fired. Apparently more enlightened,and no doubt Western trained, minds won out.
Before anyone bothers to say it: Yes, the evil little bastard Ezzat Atiya did indeed retract his fatwa. However not before he had revealed himself for what he and all of his kind are really all about – the enslavement of the World under their rule and the sexual slavery of a women for their pleasure.
As if we really had any doubt…
