Jubilee!

Here is something that is certain to get the PETA crowd all pissed off. Free fish for anyone that wants to pick them up! No hooks required – though a gig will make things go much quicker!

What The Bull is talking about is Jubilee.

It is a strange phenomenon that takes place on several shorelines Worldwide, but is a regular occurrence on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay near the town of Fairhope, AL. On Tuesday such an event happened; a long, over-night Jubilee (starting around 8 p.m. and lasting past 3 a.m. Wednesday). During those hours fish of all types, like flounder, eels, shrimp, stingrays, catfish and crabs, moved out of the deeper bay waters and into the shallow waters of the beaches near Fairhope. The fish and animals that get caught up are usually bottom-dwellers.

Jubilees are still a mystery. Often occurring at night, they can also take place in the mornings or evening. No one knows for certain what causes a Jubilee, but scientist seem to think that the main factor is a low level of oxygen in the water. Quoting from the story in the Mobile Press/Register:

“As water with low oxygen levels moves in the fish and crabs will move to the surface and make their way to the beaches. Because the animals are in a “drunken” state, they are easily scooped up by anyone who happens to be at the beach at the time. If the tide or wind changes, the Jubilee will end and any sea animals not caught by people or seabirds will move back out to deeper waters.”

There is no way to predict a Jubilee, however two required conditions are an easterly wind and a high tide. If you live close to the Eastern Shore, your best bet is get on one of the Jubilee ‘call list’ so you can be alerted when one does spring up.

Like I said, free food.

What will really tick off the moonbats is the fact that they can’t blame this on corporate America, President Bush, the so-called global warming horseshyte, fishing, hunting, or any one of their other catch phrases or pet ’causes’. Jubilees are a purely natural phenomenon that was feeding the local American Indian populations long before the arrival of Europeans. Given time I’m sure they will find someone to ‘blame’ for the untimely demise of all of these good tasting fish and bottom-crawling critters.

Let’s Walk Walker to the Gallows

Another pervert is off the street. Sadly, this scum wasn’t removed until after a horrendous attack here in Mobile. The following story is from the Mobile Press/Register, (written by Susan Daker, Staff Reporter).

A convicted sex offender who was arrested earlier this week for failing to register was charged Thursday in connection with the burglary and sexual assault of a woman in Mobile, authorities said.

Ernest Lee Walker, 41, was already being held at Mobile County Metro Jail when he was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree attempted sodomy, said Officer Eric Gallichant, a Mobile police spokesman. Walker, who was convicted of molesting a child in California more than 10 years ago, is scheduled to appear for a bond hearing on the new charges Friday, according to the jail log.

Walker was arrested Sunday, the same day of the assault, on the failure to register charge, Gallichant said. When officers arrested Walker, they suspected him of the assault, but did not have enough evidence to charge him with the crime, Gallichant said.

While Walker was being held at Metro Jail, investigators developed more information to link him to the burglary and sexual assault of the 37-year-old woman at her home early Sunday, Gallichant said.

Gallichant said several valuable things were taken from the woman’s home during the 4 a.m. burglary. He said that Walker knew the woman.

On Sunday night officers found Walker on Good Pay Street, a few blocks from the woman’s home, Gallichant said. The area is located off Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue just north of downtown.

Gallichant said that when officers stopped Walker, he gave them a false name and was carrying stolen items in a bag, Gallichant said. At that time, authorities charged Walker with obstructing justice by using a false identity and second-degree receiving stolen property. Gallichant said that Walker has moved frequently and does not have an address at this time.

In 1995, Walker was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of child molestation in California, Gallichant said. At one point, Walker registered as a sex offender in Alabama but later told authorities that he was moving back to California, Gallichant said. Instead, Walker stayed here without keeping his registration up to date, Gallichant said.

Another bit of scum for the sewers, my friends. Yet another bastard desperately in need of summary execution. Over a decade since he was convicted of molesting a child, (Apparently a misdemeanor in the People’s Republik of Kalifornia, at least in 1995…), the pervert is back to his old ways. That’s assuming he ever stopped. The most likely scenario is that he has continually offended for this entire period. Yet more proof that these creatures can not be rehabilitated, can not be trusted to live in an orderly Society, have no redeeming features, and should be eliminated from the gene pool.

What makes The Bull so angry about this case is that the Alabama authorities dropped the ball by not following up on Walker’s claim to be moving out of Alabama and back to his old hunting ground of the West Coast Freak Show. What should have happened is that Alabama authorities should have asked where in California he was going and then contacted said law enforcement agencies there to tell them a pervert was on his way. They should then have required a call, fax, or email to confirm his arrival and registration. Of course, this requires cooperation between State governments and law enforcement. Something that is lacking today in America. As much as The Bull despises the idea of growing the Federal government, perhaps the time has come for a true National registry of these monsters along with life-long monitoring via tracking devices permanently attached to, or placed inside, the offender. The downsides to this action are the growth in Government, (which we all know can’t find its own ass with both hands and radar), and the massive cost to the already tapped-out tax-paying, law-abiding, Citizens of the United States. Execution is quicker, far more simple, and incalculably cheaper.

No matter how you decide to handle the disposition of these perverts, the one thing all of us non-perverts can agree upon is that this is a problem that is out of control and that something must be done now!

“I have to leave the state, really, I can’t live here under this Orwellian protocol,” he told KABC-TV. “It’s nightmarish.”

So, Jack is leaving the ‘People’s Republik of Kalifornia’ because he thinks it is too tough for him? It’s “nightmarish”?

ANCHORAGE, Alaska â€??? The mangled remains of a vessel found in the Bering Sea are likely those of a World War II submarine that disappeared with a crew of 70 off the Aleutian Island of Kiska.

The discovery of the USS Grunion (SS-216), (A Gato class boat, built at Electric Boat – Groton, CT and launched 22 Dec 1941. ~Bull), on Wednesday night culminates a five-year search led by the sons of its commander, Mannert Abele, and may finally shine a light on the mysterious last moments of the doomed vessel.

“Obviously, this is a very big thing,” the oldest son, Bruce Abele, said Thursday from his home inNewton, Mass. “I told my wife about it when she was still in bed and she practically went up to the ceiling.”

A remotely operated vehicle snapped pictures and captured three hours of video footage of Grunion on a rocky underwater slope north of the volcanic island, according to another brother, John Abele, who was in Kiska Harbor with the search team on Thursday. The submarine lies 1,000 feet below the surface and had been crushed by water pressure, said Abele. He is director and co-founder of the medical equipment company Boston Scientific Corp. and the youngest of the three brothers.

“The most surprising thing was the damage,” he said. “It was much more than we or anyone else imagined. Initially it was very hard to recognize as a ship.” The hull had imploded so severely that the interior, including bunks and a dive wheel, were clearly visible, Abele said. No human remains were found.

The search team hired by the Abeles, Deep Sea Systems International, said no identifying markings or lettering could be seen, however, the location and appearance of the vessel indicate it is the missing sub. “There’s a 95 percent chance that this is the Grunion and a less than five percent chance that it’s not,” said Christopher J. Nicholson, general manager of the Cataumet, Mass.-based company. “The fact that they actually found this in an expanse of ocean is really pretty spectacular.”

The Grunion had a propeller guard, which was rare in subs of the day, Abele said. The vessel discovered yesterday also had the fence, which prevented docking lines from getting caught in the propeller.

The Grunion patrolled Alaska’s Aleutian Islands during the early months of World War II. Her last official radio message to the submarine base at Dutch Harbor came on July 30, 1942 and described heavy enemy activity at the Japanese seaplane base at Kiska Harbor.

Earlier that month, the USS Grunion had sunk two Japanese submarine chasers and heavily damaged a third near Kiska, one of two islands in the far west Aleutians captured by the Japanese. Until a few years ago, the clues to the Grunion’s disappearance were too fragmented to justify a search. After receiving more information from a model ship builder in Japan, the Abeles launched an initial expedition to Kiska in August 2006. Sonar images of a sub-shaped silhouette prompted a second journey this month.

As news of the search spread, several relatives of the Grunion’s crew banded together to locate others with ties to the lost men. To date, the relatives of 69 men are following the progress of the search, said Mary Bentz of Bethesda, Md., whose uncle died on the Grunion.

Bentz said the news is a relief after decades of not knowing what happened. Her father’s youngest brother, Carmine Anthony Parziale, of Weedville, Penn., was in his early 20s when he served as a torpedoman third class on Grunion. “I know when my dad would talk about him, his eyes would well up with tears,” said Bentz. “I was relieved to know that this is finally over, that now we can say, two and three generations later, that we know what happened.”

A forensic engineer and other experts will use the footage to piece together the Grunion’s final hours and figure out why it sank. The search crew of 17 plans to spend several more days looking for sunken Japanese ships in the area. “Actually seeing the burial site was touching and in a way rewarding,” John Abele said. “It provides a closing and hopefully an answer to the unknown.”

Citronelle police arrested Phillip John Tolobert, 44, Tuesday on multiple sexual assault charges involving three females known to him, with one of the alleged incidents occurring about 20 years ago, authorities said today.

Tolobert was charged with two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy, one count of second degree rape and one count of second-degree sodomy.

Steve Giardini, the Mobile County assistant district attorney who prosecutes child abuse cases, said today that all three accusers are known to Tolobert. The alleged incidents occurred at two locations in Citronelle, he said.

One of the females now is 30, he said. The 30-year-old woman said Tolobert sexually abused her from the time she was 7 until she was 11. The other accusers are now 13 and 17, Giardini said. The 13-year-old girl said Tolobert began abusing her when she was 11. The other girl claims he began abusing her two years ago.

Citronelle police Chief Conrad Reid said today, “It took family members to get involved and report it or we would not have known anything about it.”

Tolobert, who lives on Center Street in Citronelle, was taken to Mobile County Metro Jail, where he was being held without bail as of Wednesday afternoon.

Alabama law defines first-degree rape as a Class A felony, punishable by 10 years to life in prison. The law says, in part, that first-degree rape occurs if someone uses threats of force to compel a member of the opposite sex to engage in sexual intercourse. First-degree sodomy is also a Class A felony with the same punishment. By state law, first-degree sodomy charges can refer to several “deviate” sexual acts in which force is involved.

The Bull can’t wait to hear the outcry against this guys arrest. I suppose at some point the NAACP will want to get involved as well. This is simply too juicy, a black man arrested on 20 year old charges. The horror! Assuming, of course, they are not too busy licking Michael Vick’s ass and seeking media attention.

Oh, wait! I forgot that this pervert’s victims were also black. That means that the NAACP will have a conflict on its hands. If it acknowledges this case then it must acknowledge that black-on-black crime really does exist and all of the worlds problems are not the fault of ‘the white establishment’. A real conundrum…

As far as this white man is concerned this Tolobert scum is no better and no worse than the rest of the perverts of any racial stock out there. They all deserve death. Like the others, The Bull will be watching this case as it proceeds through the Judicial System.

Low-Life Congress

WASHINGTON â€??? A new poll shows Americans’ approval of Congress sinking to all-time lows.

The latest Gallup Poll found that approval of the legislative branch of the federal government hit 18 percent in an Aug. 13-16 survey. Those disapproving of Congress stands at 76 percent.

Gallup says the approval number matches the low-water mark hit in 1992, in the midst of a check-bouncing scandal in what was a Democrat-led Congress. That scandal was among the reasons credited for the sweeping Republican takeover in 1994.

I don’t want to hear another word about President Bush’s low approval ratings – ever!

Do I see this as another chance for a Republican sweep of Congress in 2008? NO! What I see is a chance to do what is really required in America – a chance to toss all of the bums out and start over. It isn’t simply a Republican take-over we need, though more liberals is certainly not the answer. We need LEADERSHIP. Responsible leadership.

Yet Another Pedophile Caught

This pervert is under the jurisdiction of the UCMJ, (that’s the Uniform Code of Military Justice for you non-military pukes out there), and should be given a fair Court Martial and then be put against a wall and shot!

Federal marshals arrested an Army soldier at Fort Rucker today on charges that he tried to lure a child for sex and that he sent obscene material to an undercover investigator in Gulf Shores who he thought was a teenage girl, according to authorities.

Members of the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended Sean Sebastian Lane, 32, at about 8 a.m. He is one of nearly two dozen men indicted as part of an undercover operation in Baldwin County last summer.

“It was part of the original sting that we did last year. He just hadn’t been picked up yet,” said Cpl. Tommy Green, an investigator with the Gulf Shores Police Department.

According to the task force, Lane recently had returned from duty in Iraq. He faces two counts of solicitation of a child, one count of transmitting obscene material, one count of attempted transmittal of obscene material and one count of enticing a child.

The undercover officer and Lane had extensive sexually graphic e-mail conversations, according to the task force. Lane wrote of his desire to meet the girl and sent at least one sexually explicit video of himself that showed what appeared to be a military-related background, authorities said.

Less graphic videos also showed military facilities in the background, the task force said.

Green said he does not know when Lane will be returned to Baldwin County, but he added that be believes the defendant was the last one who had not yet been arrested on last summer’s indictments.

just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the
White House.

Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July
1992.
6-Paul Tulley - Democratic National Committee Political
Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock , September 1992.
Described by Clinton as a “Dear friend and trusted advisor”.
7-Ed Willey - Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993
deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed
Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton
groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in
several Clinton fund raising events.
8-Jerry Parks - Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team
in Little Rock . Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside
Little Rock . Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton
He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the
files were mysteriously removed from his house.
9-James Bunch - Died from a gunshot suicide. It was
reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of
influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.
10-James Wilson - Was found dead in May 1993 from an
apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.
11-Kathy Ferguson - Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny
Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to
her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed
suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a
co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy
Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12-Bill Shelton - Arkansas State Trooper and fiance of Kathy
Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiance, he was found dead
in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of
his finance.
13-Gandy Baugh - Attorney for Clinton ’s friend Dan
Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994.
His client was a convicted drug distributor.
14-Florence Martin - Accountant & sub-contractor for the
CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. He
died of three gunshot wounds.
15- Suzanne Coleman - Reportedly had an affair with Clinton
when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back
of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16-Paula Grober - Clinton ’s speech interpreter for the deaf
from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17-Danny Casolaro - Investigative reporter. Investigating
Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his
wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.
18- Paul Wilcher - Attorney investigating corruption at Mena
Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a
toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report
to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death.
19-Jon Parnell Walker - Whitewater investigator for
Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington , Virginia
apartment balcony August 15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty
scandal.
20-Barbara Wise - Commerce Department staffer. Worked
closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died
November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office
at the Department of Commerce.
21-Charles Meissner - Assistant Secretary of Commerce who
gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a
small plane crash.
22-Dr. Stanley Heard - Chairman of the National Chiropractic
Health Care Advisory Committee died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a
small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton ’s advisory
council personally treated Clinton ’s mother, stepfather and brother.

death was no accident.

death was a purported suicide and his report was never released.

March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.
27-Kevin Ives & Don Henry - Known as “The boys on the track”
case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport
drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due
to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the 2 boys had
been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died
before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.

Foley, AL police arrested two men Thursday on charges that they failed to register as sex offenders after being released from prison and returning to the area, officials said today.

Guitierrez Migual Minor, 27, and William Douglas Tate, 50, are being held in the Baldwin County Corrections Center in Bay Minette, according to jail reports.

Minor was convicted of second-degree rape in 2004 for an offense against a 15-year-old girl.

Tate was charged with first-degree rape in 2000 for an offense involving a 7-year-old girl. He pled guilty to first-degree sexual abuse in 2001, according to court records.

Lt. David White of the Foley Police Department said that after their release, Sgt. Richard Roper determined that the men had not given legal addresses when registering and arrested the two at separate locations Thursday.

These two bastards have had their chance, now let us see them put away for good!

Another Registered Scum Caught Seeking Kids

Richard Nelson. Remember that name? You can find it in The Bull’s post on pedophile scum here, right at the top of the list. This scumbag was first convicted of raping a 16 yr old in New York. When released he moved to Mobile, AL – probably in hopes of easy prey. I’m happy to report that things have not worked out that way for this abuser of babies.

Breaking news out of Mobile is that this P.O.S. was arrested today! That should send him away for quite a spell. If we’re fortunate, he will find a way to end his incarceration early via a twisted bit of bed sheet and a short drop. We certainly encourage this animal to do so. It would be his one and only near-human act in life.

Mobile police arrested a convicted sex offender after a mother reported that he had been sending text messages to her 11-year-old daughter on a cell phone.

Mobile police spokesman Eric Gallichant said in a news release this morning that investigators had taken over communication with Richard Nelson, 39, after officers assigned to Mobile’s Child Advocacy Center had determined that Nelson was a registered sex offender. “Mobile Police investigators, working with deputies from the Sheriff’s office and agents from the Secret Service continued the investigation using a female officer to pose as the victim during a telephone call” with Nelson during which “Nelson made statements that were sexual in nature,” Gallichant said.

Nelson was arrested when he arrived for a meeting that he thought he had arranged with the 11-year-old, Gallichant said. Nelson is charged with enticing a minor for immoral purposes.

There you go. Proof that the death penalty is required for these bastards. That is the only sure way to stop them.

Sheriff’s Office and City of Mobile Police Force in their efforts in this matter and the clean and quick capture of this pervert. Keep up the good work, folks! ‘We the People’ truly appreciate your work on behalf of our children.

This, of course, is not the end of the story. We still must have a trial, (though it should be short). Since the pervert did not resist arrest so he could be properly shot to death – and perverts never do, (not enough balls to fight anyone their size) – The Bull will continue to monitor this case as it works its way through the system to insure that any panty-waist judge that gives him a break is promptly exposed for the enabler that he/she will have then proven him/herself to be.
