Who is The Bull?
Here’s the short version…
- I’m a disabled American Worker.
- I’m a Navy Veteran.
- I’m a loyal Husband to Lady Beth.
- I am a devoted Father to our six children.
- I’m a Fisherman, a Hunter, and most definitely a Shootist.
- I carry weapons daily.
- I believe in a Higher Power.
- I believe that abortion is wrong, (but I understand it is the Law).
- I am a Pagan.
(And you thought I was a perfect Republican. Sorry, I’m an Independent.)
I enjoy shooting, writing, various early American crafts, and swimming when I can for exercise. As you can see, I enjoy tinkering with WordPress as well. Seems I can never leave well enough alone. I’m like that with everything I set my mind upon. A character flaw, I’m sure. The only other unusual aspects are my septum piercing, a few tattoos, and my faith. I am a Pagan. Odd for sure in the Deep South Baptist stronghold which is Mobile, AL.
So much for what is on the outside. Now for the bits inside!
Passion, (or the lack thereof), is the definition of a Human Being. What gets you up in the morning? What is it that will always get you laughing/crying/angry? Whatever those things may be are your passions. My passions follow what I listed above, but unlike most folk these are right out there on my sleeve like a military rank insignia. All boiled down to a few words my passions are Country, Family, & Faith. These three simple words can make me laugh, cry, and shout with anger. Depending on the situation, of course!
My Faith is different from most. Indeed, I practice said Faith in a manner far different from most of those that claim the same Faith. Yes, being Pagan means I am not a follower of the Nazarene carpenter. However, I do look to his immortal Words for guidance from time-to-time. I also seek the wisdom of the other Divine Ones, and I try to never forget the lessons of my Ancestors. Odd to most, I’m sure, but these things comfort me.
Family is the bank each of us must turn to for support on this mortal plane. When Life is almost not worth living you can look to Family for strength. Or at least you should! Family should be the fortress to which we can seek refuge from the battles we face daily and the training we need to win the battles we find ourselves in on almost a daily basis.
Now we come to Country, and mine is the United States of America - the finest example of human freedom and hope this planet has ever seen. Period! Formed in the mid-to-late 18th Century out of the colonial holdings of the largest empire of the era. The American Dream of Individual Liberty was forged on fires stoked by Governmental oppression and fed by the blood and toil of Patriots fighting for the larger Cause. Now, more than two hundred years later America is fighting oppression again. This time from both without and within.
Without we are being stalked by terrorist thugs under the leadership of Islamic Fascist seeking global domination just like the German/Italian/Japanese Fascist triad of the 1950’s, and fair-weather allies that look to the USA for food, protection, and technology while stabbing us in the back at every opportunity in the corrupt United Nations. Unlike World War II, America is also being degraded from within by crooked politicians in both parties seeking only personal gain and power, a Socialist movement using the power of the press to push so-called reforms meant only to limit and finally kill the individual Rights, and a governmental bureaucracy grown so large as to take on a life of its own by sucking the life from the Citizens in taxation (both legal and illegal). Yet there is still Life in this grand ol’ girl! America has not lost that what brought about her birth. Patriots are alive and well, though perhaps somewhat bruised and scattered. The Bull intends to help remedy that situation!
That is why I have this blog. To help drag into the light of day those enemies of America both without and within, to make every effort - no matter the personal cost - to see America freed from the strangle hold of Socialist, Communist, and Fascist who would bring her down. I will see those monsters that hunt our children and have been given free rein by the Liberal judges and slick lawyers brought to justice, run out of our Nation, or dead. By the power given to me by my Faith, Family, and my Country I’ll see these wrongs righted or fight at it as long as breath remains in me!
