I’m feeling pretty damned blue these days. Not ‘blue’ as in moving to the Liberal Left, but ‘blue’ as in depressed over the state of America’s leadership. Our courts, our legislature, our President.
We’ve got Mexicans taking overthe SouthWest and President Bush doesn’t care to even acknowledge the situation. Perhaps because Jeb married one. Who knows?
We’ve got American citizens being gouged by oil companies seeking record profits and depending on the instability of the Middle East to prop up those profits even though we have enormous oil fields here in the United States and the technology to disconnect from the oil economy altogether, and the idiots in Congress couldn’t care less.
We’ve got traitorous, terrorist supporters under the name of The New York Times printing out the secrets of our war efforts while the black-robed morons of the Supreme Court with the Hamden Decision, turning terrorist loose due to the Geneva Convention rules that the terrorist do not recognize!
Then, to top it all off, we’ve got the freaks over at the United Nations wanting to put countries like communist China and Iran in charge of re-writing the Constitution of the United States of America in order to disarm those that disagree with Tyranny.
When I awoke this morning I found that the leadership of North Korea is threatening us with nuclear war. Hell, why not? It should be obvious to the entire world that America is on the down-slope with nary a handhold in site. The North Koreans are just taking advantage of a good (for them) situation.

Well, maybe, just maybe, there is still some small glimmer of Hope. Some sliver of Sanity still alive in America’s Heartland. For what time we have left with the Freedom of Speach still intact and the Constitution still in one piece, Bloggers like me and my friends across the Web will continue to put out the Good Word. If we can stave off the Hollywood weirdos and their bedmates, the Liberal Media, we just may be able to get out the Vote and turn this Nation back on track.
There is also one tiny shred of Good News coming down from North of the border this week as well. Seems that our Canadian neighbors are catching on that disarming the citizenry does - not - work and at least one of their leaders is seeking to roll back some of the silly firearm registration laws.
Perhaps you are tired of the Leftist Agenda and the blind trampling of your Rights and Freedoms as an American. If so, then simply make a Stand. As it has been said before: “If you don’t stand for something, then you will fall for anything.”

I did a very bad thing: I broke into the NY Times offices and stole some of their subscription lists. I think the Times will understand that, in the end, I did nothing wrong, for after all, it is in the public interest to know what I found out….
